Effective Date: Updated 2026
Welcome to TiriVelo Inc. (“TiriVelo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”)
govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, Admin Dashboard, and all
related services, features, and tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, booking services, offering services, or otherwise
using TiriVelo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these
Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
For questions regarding these Terms, please contact: info@tirivelo.com
1. Platform Purpose & Role
TiriVelo operates as a digital marketplace platform that connects pet owners (“Pet Owners”) with
independent pet care providers (“Pet Care Providers” or “Providers”).
TiriVelo:
● Does not employ Providers
● Does not directly provide pet care services
● Does not supervise in-person services
● Is not responsible for the independent actions of users
Providers are independent contractors who determine when, how, and whether to offer services.
Pet Owners are solely responsible for selecting Providers based on their own evaluation,
preferences, and comfort level.
TiriVelo facilitates introductions, booking coordination, payments, safety features, and
administrative tools but is not a party to the direct service agreement between Pet Owners and
Providers.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and
complete information.
You agree:
● To maintain accurate profile information
● Not to impersonate another individual
● Not to create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
● To comply with all applicable laws
We reserve the right to verify identity, request documentation, or reject registrations at our
discretion.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to:
● Not share your account credentials
● Immediately notify us of unauthorized access
● Accept responsibility for activity under your account
TiriVelo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
2.3 Account Suspension or Removal
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that:
● Violate these Terms
● Attempt to bypass platform payments
● Engage in abusive, unsafe, or fraudulent behavior
● Fail to meet pet welfare expectations
● Interfere with platform operations
Refunds following termination will only be issued where legally required.
3. Pet Care Services
3.1 Pet Owner Responsibilities
Pet Owners agree to:
● Ensure pets are healthy, vaccinated (where required), and non-dangerous
● Provide accurate and complete care instructions
● Disclose behavioral issues or medical conditions
● Ensure safe and lawful home access arrangements
● Maintain appropriate insurance coverage if required
Pet Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are legally permitted to receive services
under local regulations.
3.2 Provider Responsibilities
Providers agree to:
● Deliver humane, safe, and lawful care
● Comply with local animal welfare laws
● Use appropriate safety equipment (including leashes where required)
● Monitor pets responsibly during services
● Submit a Care Report following each completed service
Providers may not subcontract services without written consent.
3.3 Service Completion & Safe Return
A service is considered complete only when:
1. The pet has been safely returned to the Pet Owner or authorized location; and
2. The Provider has submitted the required Care Report within the platform.
Failure to complete both conditions may delay payout release.
3.4 Emergency Pet Care
If a pet becomes injured, ill, or is otherwise at risk during a service:
● The Provider must attempt to contact the Pet Owner immediately.
● If the Pet Owner cannot be reached, the Provider may seek appropriate veterinary care.
Pet Owners are financially responsible for veterinary costs arising during services unless
otherwise required by law.
4. Payments, Cancellations & Payouts
4.1 Payment Authorization & Processing
TiriVelo uses secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to facilitate payments.
By submitting a booking request, Pet Owners authorize TiriVelo to:
● Place a temporary authorization hold on their selected payment method for the full
service amount, including any applicable service or platform fees.
● Capture funds in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy and service
completion requirements.
● Charge any applicable service fees, platform fees, subscription fees, or penalties as
described herein.
TiriVelo does not store full credit card information.
Authorization holds may be released if a booking is canceled within the applicable free
cancellation window. Funds may be captured after the cancellation window expires or upon
service confirmation, at TiriVelo’s discretion.
TiriVelo reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or refuse transactions where fraud, unauthorized
payment use, or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.
4.2 Platform Fees
TiriVelo may charge:
● Service fees to Pet Owners
● Commission or platform fees to Providers
● Subscription fees (if applicable)
Platform fees compensate TiriVelo for:
● Payment processing infrastructure
● Platform maintenance
● Trust & safety systems
● Dispute resolution
● Customer support
● Administrative tools
Platform fees are applied to captured amounts and may not be refundable where permitted by
law.
Fee structures may vary by service type, subscription status, or promotional offer.
4.3 Payout Release Conditions
Provider payouts are released only after:
● Confirmation that the pet has been safely returned; and
● Submission of the required Care Report within the platform.
TiriVelo may delay, withhold, or adjust payouts in cases involving:
● Disputes
● Reported safety concerns
● Suspected fraud
● Incomplete documentation
● Chargebacks
Payouts may also be restricted or delayed due to payment processor compliance requirements,
including identity verification, regulatory review, or anti-fraud monitoring.
TiriVelo reserves the right to investigate and determine payout eligibility at its discretion.
Providers must complete all required onboarding, identity verification, tax documentation, and
compliance steps required by TiriVelo’s payment processor prior to receiving payouts. Failure to
complete required verification may result in delayed, restricted, or withheld payouts.
Where a payout has already been released and a chargeback or reversal occurs, TiriVelo
reserves the right, where permitted by law, to offset disputed amounts against future Provider
earnings.
4.4 Cancellations
Cancellation terms apply as follows unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:
Owner-Initiated Cancellations
● If a Pet Owner cancels 24 hours or more before the scheduled service start time, any
authorization hold will be released or a full refund issued, as applicable.
● If a Pet Owner cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time,
TiriVelo may capture a portion of the authorized amount. In such cases:
&nbsp○ The Pet Owner may receive a partial refund (e.g., 50%).
&nbsp○ The Provider may receive compensation consistent with the cancellation policy.
&nbsp○ Platform fees may be applied to the retained amount.
● If a Pet Owner cancels within a defined penalty window (e.g., less than 12 hours prior),
TiriVelo may capture the full authorized amount.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If a Provider cancels a confirmed booking:
● The Pet Owner will receive a full refund.
● The Provider may receive a reliability strike.
● Repeated cancellations may result in account review, suspension, or removal.
TiriVelo may modify cancellation windows or penalty structures and will reflect such updates in
the applicable policy.
4.5 Refunds & Non-Refundable Processing Fees
Where a refund is issued:
● TiriVelo may deduct any non-recoverable payment processing fees incurred by the
platform.
● Payment processors may not return processing fees on refunded transactions.
● TiriVelo is not responsible for processor-imposed fees.
Refund eligibility may be limited in cases of late cancellation, service completion, dispute
findings, or policy violations.
4.6 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a Pet Owner initiates a chargeback or payment dispute directly with their bank or card issuer:
● The chargeback process governed by the payment processor and applicable card
network rules will take precedence over any pending refund request.
● Provider payouts associated with the disputed transaction may be frozen, delayed, or
reversed where permitted.
● TiriVelo may submit booking confirmations, Care Reports, in-app communications, GPS
verification data (during active service windows), and related documentation to the
payment processor as evidence.
● Accounts involved may be temporarily restricted during investigation.
Users agree to contact TiriVelo to attempt resolution of billing concerns prior to initiating a
chargeback.
Repeated, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account removal.
4.7 Subscriptions (If Offered)
If subscription plans are offered:
● Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancellation.
● By subscribing, users authorize recurring charges.
● Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
● Benefits may include reduced service fees, priority booking, or additional platform
features.
TiriVelo may modify subscription pricing or benefits with reasonable notice.
5. Safety, Reliability & Account Review
5.1 Care Report Requirement
Providers must submit a Care Report following each service.
Failure to submit required documentation may:
● Delay payouts
● Trigger reliability warnings
● Impact account standing
5.2 Reliability Strike System
To maintain safety and quality standards:
● No-shows
● Missed services
● Repeated late cancellations
● Failure to return pets safely
May result in reliability strikes.
Accumulation of three strikes may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal.
5.3 Emergency Escalation
If a pet is not returned or is deemed at risk:
● Accounts may be locked immediately
● Payouts may be frozen
● Service data may be reviewed
● Authorities may be contacted where necessary
5.4 Account Review for Safety or Welfare Concerns
If TiriVelo receives a report of unsafe behavior, pet welfare risk, fraud, harassment, abuse, or
other conduct that may threaten the safety of users or animals, we may:
● Temporarily restrict or suspend account access
● Freeze pending payouts
● Limit booking capabilities
● Conduct an internal review
● Request additional information or documentation
These actions may be taken immediately and without prior notice where safety concerns exist.
Account access may be restored at TiriVelo’s discretion following review.

● Service verification
● Safety monitoring
