TiriVelo Inc. – Pet Care Provider
Agreement
Effective Date: March 2026
This Pet Care Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between TiriVelo Inc.
(“TiriVelo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual or entity registering as a pet care provider on
the TiriVelo platform (“Provider,” “you,” or “your”).
This Agreement governs your use of the TiriVelo platform in your capacity as a pet care service
provider.
By creating a Provider account, offering services, accepting bookings, or otherwise using the
platform as a Provider, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, the TiriVelo Terms of
Service, the Payments, Cancellations & Payouts Policy, and any additional policies referenced
therein.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not offer services through TiriVelo.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship
Providers using the TiriVelo platform operate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or
agency relationship between you and TiriVelo.
Providers:
●​ Determine whether to accept booking requests
●​ Set availability and service offerings
●​ Determine how services are performed
●​ Provide their own equipment and supplies
●​ Maintain responsibility for service quality
TiriVelo:
●​ Does not supervise in-person services
●​ Does not control how services are performed
●​ Does not employ Providers
●​ Does not provide pet care services
Providers are solely responsible for:
●​ Compliance with applicable laws
●​ Business licensing where required
●​ Tax obligations
●​ Professional conduct during services
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as establishing an employer-employee
relationship between TiriVelo and any Provider.
2. Eligibility & Account Requirements
To offer services through TiriVelo, Providers must:
●​ Be at least 18 years of age
●​ Maintain an active TiriVelo account
●​ Provide accurate and complete profile information
●​ Maintain a valid payout account with TiriVelo’s payment processor
●​ Comply with all applicable laws and animal welfare regulations
TiriVelo reserves the right to request:
●​ identity verification
●​ additional documentation
●​ background information
●​ updated compliance records
Failure to provide requested information may result in temporary suspension, restriction, or
permanent account removal.
Providers may not create multiple accounts to bypass platform restrictions.
3. Payment Processor Onboarding
Providers must complete onboarding with TiriVelo’s designated payment processor (such as
Stripe Connect) before receiving payouts.
Payment processor onboarding may require:
●​ identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC)
●​ tax information
●​ bank account verification
●​ regulatory compliance documentation
●​ additional fraud-prevention verification
TiriVelo does not control payment processor verification decisions.
Payouts may be delayed, restricted, or withheld until all required verification steps are
successfully completed.
Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate payout account information.
If a payment processor flags an account for fraud risk, compliance review, or regulatory
requirements, payouts may be delayed or restricted until the issue is resolved.
4. Services Provided Through the Platform
Providers may offer services supported by the TiriVelo platform, including but not limited to:
●​ dog walking
●​ pet sitting
●​ drop-in visits
●​ other pet care services
Providers agree to:
●​ provide humane, safe, and lawful pet care
●​ follow care instructions provided by Pet Owners
●​ comply with local animal welfare laws
●​ use appropriate safety equipment when required
●​ exercise reasonable judgment to protect the safety of animals
Providers may not subcontract, assign, or transfer service responsibilities without written
authorization from TiriVelo.
Providers remain solely responsible for how services are delivered.
5. Care Report Requirement
Providers must submit a Care Report through the TiriVelo platform following each completed
service.
The Care Report must include:
●​ confirmation that the pet was safely returned
●​ service completion confirmation
●​ relevant service details
TiriVelo may require additional service documentation when necessary for safety, dispute
resolution, or fraud prevention.
Failure to submit a Care Report may:
●​ delay payout eligibility
●​ trigger reliability warnings
●​ affect Provider account standing
●​ result in platform review
6. Payouts & Platform Fees
Payments from Pet Owners are processed through TiriVelo’s payment processor.
TiriVelo may deduct platform or commission fees from Provider payouts as disclosed on the
platform.
Provider payouts are released only after:
●​ service completion conditions are met
●​ required Care Reports are submitted
●​ no disputes are pending
●​ no safety concerns are under investigation
●​ payment processor compliance requirements are satisfied
TiriVelo reserves the right to delay, freeze, adjust, or reverse payouts during investigations
involving:
●​ disputes
●​ chargebacks
●​ fraud concerns
●​ safety incidents
●​ incomplete documentation
●​ regulatory compliance reviews
Payout timing may also be affected by payment processor rules and banking systems outside
TiriVelo’s control.
7. Chargebacks & Payout Offsets
If a Pet Owner initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution:
●​ payouts related to the disputed booking may be frozen
●​ TiriVelo may investigate the transaction
●​ Providers may be required to cooperate with documentation requests
Documentation may include:
●​ Care Reports
●​ in-app communications
●​ service confirmation records
●​ GPS verification data (during active service windows)
Where a payout has already been released and a chargeback is resolved in favor of the
cardholder, TiriVelo reserves the right, where permitted by law, to offset disputed amounts
against future Provider earnings.
Repeated disputes or chargebacks involving a Provider may result in account review,
suspension, or removal.
8. Reliability & Platform Standards
Providers must maintain professional and reliable service standards.
The following behaviors may result in warnings, strikes, suspension, or account removal:
●​ no-shows
●​ late cancellations
●​ failure to return pets safely
●​ falsified Care Reports
●​ unsafe handling of animals
●​ misrepresentation of services
●​ repeated negative service incidents
TiriVelo may maintain an internal reliability or safety tracking system.
Accumulation of reliability strikes may result in:
●​ temporary account suspension
●​ service limitations
●​ permanent platform removal
9. Safety & Emergency Responsibilities
If a pet becomes injured, ill, lost, or otherwise at risk during a service:
Providers must:
●​ attempt to contact the Pet Owner immediately
●​ take reasonable steps to protect the animal’s safety
●​ seek veterinary care when necessary
Providers must cooperate with any safety investigations conducted by TiriVelo.
TiriVelo may:
●​ temporarily restrict Provider accounts
●​ freeze payouts
●​ review service data
●​ request additional documentation
10. Insurance Responsibility
TiriVelo does not provide insurance coverage for services performed by Providers unless
explicitly stated in writing.
Providers are responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage required by law or
appropriate for the services they offer.
Providers assume responsibility for risks associated with providing pet care services, including
but not limited to:
●​ pet injury
●​ property damage
●​ third-party claims
●​ service-related incidents
11. Prohibited Conduct
Providers may not:
●​ accept off-platform payments from users introduced through TiriVelo
●​ circumvent platform booking systems
●​ solicit repeat services outside the platform
●​ harass, threaten, or abuse users
●​ provide services while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
●​ engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct
●​ misuse user information obtained through the platform
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or removal.
12. Platform Integrity & Data Use
Providers agree to use the TiriVelo platform only for legitimate service transactions.
Information obtained through the platform may not be used for:
●​ soliciting off-platform services
●​ marketing unrelated services
●​ selling user information
●​ unauthorized data collection
Providers may not copy, scrape, or reproduce platform content without written authorization.
13. Indemnification
Providers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TiriVelo and its officers, directors,
employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising
from:
●​ services performed by the Provider
●​ violations of this Agreement
●​ injury to animals or property
●​ violations of applicable laws
●​ negligent or unsafe conduct during services
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TiriVelo shall not be liable for damages arising from:
●​ Provider services
●​ pet injury, illness, loss, or death
●​ property damage
●​ disputes between users
●​ payment processor errors
●​ chargebacks or banking delays
●​ service interruptions
TiriVelo’s total liability shall not exceed the platform fees paid to TiriVelo by the Provider during
the preceding three (3) months.
15. Termination
TiriVelo may suspend or terminate Provider accounts for violations of this Agreement or related
policies.
Upon termination:
●​ platform access may be revoked
●​ pending payouts may be reviewed before release
●​ outstanding disputes may be resolved prior to account closure
Termination does not remove responsibility for unresolved disputes or financial obligations.
16. Changes to This Agreement
TiriVelo may update this Agreement periodically.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
