At TiriVelo, we believe companionship you can trust begins with accountability and mutual
respect.
1. Our Commitment to a Safe & Respectful Community
TiriVelo is built on trust, safety, and responsible pet care. These Community Guidelines outline
the standards of conduct expected from all users, including pet owners and service providers.
By using TiriVelo, you agree to uphold these standards in all interactions on and off the platform
during booked services.
2. Respectful Communication
All users must engage in respectful, professional, and courteous communication.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
● Harassment or intimidation
● Hate speech or discriminatory language
● Threats of violence
● Inappropriate sexual content
● Abusive, profane, or hostile messaging
● Excessive or repeated unwanted contact
All communication through TiriVelo may be reviewed if reported.
3. Safety First
The safety of pets, pet owners, and providers is our top priority.
Users must:
● Provide accurate information about pets, services, and expectations
● Disclose relevant medical, behavioral, or aggression history
● Follow agreed-upon care instructions
● Maintain a safe and secure environment during service visits
Providers must:
● Supervise pets responsibly at all times during service
● Use appropriate safety equipment (leashes, harnesses, crates, etc.)
● Never leave pets unattended in unsafe conditions
● Ensure pets are safely returned to the agreed-upon drop-off location at the end of each
service
● Confirm drop-off accurately within the platform when the pet is safely returned
● Report any safety concerns, injuries, or incidents immediately
Failure to follow these safety expectations may result in account review or suspension.
4. Honest & Accurate Profiles
All users must provide truthful and accurate information.
This includes:
● Real name and identity
● Accurate location details
● Honest service descriptions
● Accurate experience, certifications, and insurance details
False, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account suspension.
5. Booking Integrity
All bookings must occur and remain on the TiriVelo platform.
The following is prohibited:
● Soliciting or accepting off-platform payments
● Circumventing platform fees
● Pressuring users to move communication off-platform before a booking
This protects both parties and ensures eligibility for platform support and dispute resolution.
6. Professional Conduct (Providers)
Providers are expected to maintain professional standards during service delivery.
This includes:
● Arriving on time and prepared
● Providing care consistent with the agreed service type
● Completing a care report after each completed service
● Accurately confirming service completion in the platform
● Ensuring the pet is safely returned to the designated drop-off location
● Uploading required documentation or photos when applicable
● Communicating delays or changes promptly
Care reports must:
● Accurately reflect the service provided
● Include relevant updates about the pet’s condition or behavior
● Disclose any incidents or unexpected events
Repeated failure to complete required service documentation or follow drop-off procedures may
result in restricted platform access.
6.1 Service Completion & Care Documentation
To ensure transparency and trust:
● All services must be properly marked as completed within the TiriVelo platform.
● Providers must confirm that pets have been safely returned before ending a service.
● Care reports must be submitted before service completion where required.
● Service completion confirmations must be accurate and truthful.
False confirmation of service completion or failure to safely return a pet will result in immediate
investigation and possible removal from the platform.
7. Pet Owner Responsibilities
Pet owners must:
● Provide accurate details about their pet’s health and behavior
● Disclose any history of aggression
● Ensure pets are vaccinated where required
● Maintain a safe home environment for providers
Failure to disclose critical safety information may result in account review.
8. Incident Reporting
If a safety concern, injury, property damage, or policy violation occurs:
● Submit a report immediately through the TiriVelo platform
● Provide clear and accurate details
● Upload supporting documentation or photos where applicable
We take all reports seriously and may review communications and booking records.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following behaviors may result in suspension or permanent removal:
● Animal neglect or abuse
● Fraudulent payment activity
● Impersonation
● Use of the platform for unlawful purposes
● Repeated cancellation abuse
● Retaliatory reviews
10. Enforcement & Review Process
TiriVelo may:
● Issue warnings
● Temporarily suspend accounts
● Remove reviews
● Limit platform access
● Permanently deactivate accounts
All enforcement decisions are made at TiriVelo’s discretion to protect community safety.
11. Our Shared Responsibility
TiriVelo is a community built on trust.
We expect all users to:
● Act in good faith
● Communicate openly
● Prioritize pet safety
● Uphold professional standards
